The collaboration with Elengy Support in Romania strengthens Elektromontage with expertise in electrical engineering and technical design. In just a few years, Sebastian Mustață has gone from working on his own to leading three engineers who are now part of Elektromontage’s engineering team.

Sebastian started working with Elektromontage in 2021, after getting in touch with the company through his brother Eduard. A few years later, he saw an opportunity to develop the relationship further.
“I wanted to build a hub of engineers who could provide support when needed. I presented the idea to Elektromontage, and they saw the potential.”

In August 2022, he founded Elengy Support in Romania. At the time, Sebastian was working on his own. Today, the company has grown to four employees, three engineers and one administrator.

Close collaboration in everyday work

Sebastian and his colleagues mainly work with electrical engineering and technical design and are involved in several of Elektromontage’s projects. They work closely with the project managers on everything from technical design to support and customer contact.

Most of the work is done digitally, but Sebastian travels to Söderköping about once every three months. Sometimes he is needed on site ahead of a deadline or for customer testing. At other times, the visits are an opportunity to meet colleagues and work together in person.

“Despite the distance, it works very well. When we are in Söderköping, we work together, but we also go out and spend time together. The personal connection makes the work easier and more efficient.”

Looking to continue growing together

The ambition is to continue building on the relationship between Elengy Support and Elektromontage.

“Elengy Support is still a young company. We want to attract both young and experienced engineers here in Romania, contribute more expertise, create added value and continue growing together with Elektromontage.”

For Sebastian, the regular visits have also created a strong connection to Elektromontage and Sweden.

“I really like the people at Elektromontage. They make us feel at home. I like Sweden, I’m learning Swedish, and of course I also enjoy all the fika breaks,” he concludes.
