Joel Mohede is Elektromontage’s latest addition. He steps into the role of Key Account Manager, where he will work closely with the company’s customers. Now, he is preparing to navigate an industry that is actively seeking the company’s expertise.
Although Joel Mohede is new inside the office walls, he has been observing the company from the outside for a long time.
“I’ve driven past Elektromontage every day for the past ten years and often wondered what goes on here. I started looking into the company and saw that it has been very successful,” says Joel Mohede.
Whether it is a coincidence that Joel passed the office every day during his commute and developed an interest in the company, or if he was simply meant to work at Elektromontage, is hard to say. When the position as Key Account Manager appeared, it felt like a perfect fit. He took the opportunity, applied for the job—and now he’s here.
Joel joins a highly skilled team
Joel’s first days on the job have been intense, but he describes the welcome as warm. Coming from a completely different industry, the onboarding period is especially important. For now, the focus is on getting to know the business and growing into the role.
“There’s a lot to learn, but everyone here has incredible knowledge, and I’m getting all the support I need,” he says.
Building thoughtful, long-term business relationships
In his role as Key Account Manager, Joel will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with several of the company’s customers. The goal is to build long-term, sustainable business that creates value for both parties.
“I’m really looking forward to the journey ahead and to being part of a market that is calling out for the kind of expertise this company offers. My role will be quite central in helping us grow into that demand, which is something I’m very excited about.”
Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time with his family, often engaging in activities—preferably sports or nature-related. In other words, Joel is now one of Elektromontage’s naturally team-oriented players.
