For Peter Pawlowski, the role of Technical Manager is not only about processes and systems, it is about the team behind the work. After one year at Elektromontage, his main goal is to create the right conditions for the team to develop in step with an industry undergoing change.

As Head of the Technical Department at Elektromontage, Peter Pawlowski is responsible for a team consisting of project managers, designers and technical support. The team plays a central role in the company, where technical expertise meets practical problem-solving.

When asked what matters most in his role as a leader, his answer is clear:
– Giving employees the best possible conditions to do their jobs in the best possible way, so that we as a team can develop together with the entire organisation.

In addition to his personnel responsibilities, Peter also manages his own projects and develops the department’s internal processes, so there is certainly no shortage of tasks to keep him busy.
– There are many reasons why I enjoy working at Elektromontage. The company’s structure, the products we sell and the short decision-making paths are some of them. But above all, it is the team and the fact that so much is happening, that makes working here both enjoyable and developing.

Towards an automated future

Looking ahead, Peter sees a bright future for the company. We are in the middle of an ongoing electrification and automation trend, which creates opportunities to grow together with our customers. In his department, this is clearly noticeable, both through the recruitment of new colleagues and in the work with new technology.
